1. You're wandering some woodsy mountain areas alone and maybe you get lost or hurt or some such. Next thing you know, you're set up in a little camp with a fire going, it's dark, it's pretty damn cold, and there's a guy definitely not dressed for the weather in just a long, loose tunic and trousers, with long black hair tied back in a low ponytail. I mean, that's probably because you're wearing his winter cloak as a blanket, but.



2. MAN WOULDN'T IT BE COOL TO SEE A DRAGON. They're pretty rare nowadays, but hey, look, there's one sleepily sunning itself on a pile of rocks like a big dumb lizard. It's pretty, if a bit small at maybe the side of a draft horse, all sleek black scales with some iridescence when the light hits it just so, its nearly opaque webbed wings spread out to soak up the warmth. Those're some sharp teeth and claws though, huh.

[ she'll find him pretty easily-- the sounds of something large coughing is noticeable enough deeper within the forest. it does quiet as she approaches, though, and from the shadows of the trees you can just make out the squinted yellow eyes staring at you.

that then widen and relax, as they stand up and step forward, barely making any noise on the pine needle-covered earth. ]

[Deciding he's not going to glean any further insight by just sitting on his haunches, Lichen approaches silently, coming to a stop at the edge of the firelight. He sniffs the air again audibly, trying to puzzle out the odd combination of illness and wickedness the stranger is emanating.

If the person isn't too groggy, they might notice the bear skull and the eerily tall outline of the figure wearing it standing just outside their campsite.]
